Article processing charges (APCs) apply solely to accepted articles and are intended to cover the costs associated with making the manuscript freely available via open access.

Opportunity to get your paper quickly disseminated
We want research papers to reach the research community as quickly as possible and also have more opportunities to get recognition, attracting citations, etc, as soon as the paper is accepted. The journal has, with this intention, started ONLINE FIRST.
As a special incentive for papers accepted under APC, the journal will make the paper ONLINE FIRST at no cost. The cost of this will be absorbed by the journal. It may be withdrawn at later stages. Each article will be assigned DOI, which will be maintained as such when the paper comes in the published issue. The ONLINE FIRST articles can be cited based on DOI, which is a normal practice; issue and page numbers to the article will be assigned when the article is published in any of the forthcoming issues. The publishing house will make all efforts to see that APC accepted papers are ONLINE FIRST within a few days after acceptance.
Forthcoming Papers
Authors may please note that papers accepted are highlighted in forthcoming, which implies they will be published in the coming issue or later issues. Each issue has a focus on a set of themes, and papers that are better positioned in that theme will be in that issue. Each ToC of an issue is decided by the Editor-in-Chief in consultation with editors.
ONLINE FIRST is being initiated for papers accepted under APC, free of cost. This will ensure that papers dissemination is quick and get recognition. Thus even if their paper is not coming in the immediate issue, their paper will reach the research community. It will bridge the gap between the paper’s acceptance and the published issue.
