Sujit Bhattacharya is a Senior Principal Scientist in NISTADS, New Delhi and Editor-In-Chief of the ‘Journal of Scientometric Research’. He received his PhD from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (India) in Quantitative Sociology. He works in the area of ‘Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) Policy Studies’, Scientometrics, and Intellectual Property Rights. He has published widely in the aforesaid areas.
